Please learn from my mistake. I'm new to wanting to be part of the RV lifestyle and was shopping around for my first RV. Even though I saw the many, many awful reviews and warnings, I went to the big box RV store first (we'll refer to it as the DeathStar) to purchase a RV. They were ONLY interested in my finance application and selling me a RV, they couldn't answer questions regarding simple things, and didn't care to explain anything other than "let's make this deal happen." I believe things happen for a reason and when I met Brenton and spoke to him, he happily answered all my questions. I felt at home after meeting the owner and knew I wanted to purchase from them. They offered services that I felt were in the best interest of the customer and really put my mind at ease on their willingness to answer any questions I had before , during, AND after the sale.
